Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sol Design and Architecture, Java Solution Architect, and Core Java. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical solutions and the ability to design and implement robust architectures. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and address technical challenges, proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, implementing necessary measures to safeguard information.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into the architecture.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in Sol Design and Architecture, with proven experience in designing robust solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise as a Java Solution Architect, with a deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks.
• Have extensive experience in Core Java, with the ability to develop and optimize high-performance applications.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectively.
• Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in architectural documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the architecture.
