Responsibilities :
Develop and implement technology solutions using SQL, Agile methodologies, and Microstrategy to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient technology solutions.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on best practices and industry standards.nalyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and process flows.Ensure the quality and performance of technology solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective project management and delivery.Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and security.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize technology solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Contribute to the development of technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies, including experience with Agile project management tools.Have extensive experience with Microstrategy, including report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Display a proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.About Trident :
