- Should be Skilled in project management which involves, Change Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial tracking and budget allocation and management.
- Should be skilled in SDLC and agile methodology, risk management and financial management
- Skilled in communicating to business for change management and sharing the various reports at regular intervals.
- Skilled and experienced in managing more than one project at given time.
- Preference of project manager for Banking/financial/investment client.
- Must be 12 years of experience.
- PMP certificate will be an added advantage.
