Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IoT Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our Meraki MV (cameras) and MT (sensors) product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting virtual site surveys, organizing webinars and events, responding to RFPs, and facilitating outreach to existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Virtual Camera Site Surveys:
Conduct comprehensive virtual site surveys for the Cisco MV Smart Camera Account Executive team to assess customer needs and requirements for the purposes of sales revenue generation.
2. Webinars & Events Management:
Organize, manage, and host internal and external webinars and events to promote and educate stakeholders about Meraki MV and MT products.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure success in critical industry events.
3. RFP Support:
Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with the Cisco IoT Sales Specialist.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documentation and proposals.
4. Customer Outreach:
Conduct outreach to existing Meraki customers to promote cross-selling opportunities for the MV and MT product lines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and support product adoption.
5. Sales Support
Assist with deal accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting for sales & BU leadership.
Help with additional business-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce (preferred).
Salary : $40
