Trident Consulting is looking for an " SAP CRM LEAD" to join one of our prestigious clients.
Role : CRM LEAD / SME
Duration : Feb 2025 – August 2026
Location : Florida (Tallahassee, Jacksonville or near about). Willingness to relocate to the area.
Key Skills : SAP ECC CRM and S / 4HANA Service Management
Experience : Overall, 10 – 15 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S / 4HANA as a lead.
Role description :
- The CRM Lead / SME Functional Lead should have in-depth functional knowledge of the SAP system and CRM move to S / 4 and have hands-on cross-functional experience. The Functional Lead shall be responsible for gathering requirements and subsequent design and build deliverables.
- Move the current CRM Business capabilities including functionality, functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data into S / 4HANA for the following CRM modules :
- Account Management
- Contract Management
- Request Management
- Case Management
- Task Management
- Knowledge Management
- Move the current CAMS ERP Middleware (RFCs and BDOCs) into S / 4HANA).
