Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain geospatial applications using Java to meet project requirements and client needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable geospatial solutions.Utilize Control-M Batch Operations to manage and automate batch processing workflows.Implement data processing pipelines using Scala, Python, and Spark to handle large geospatial datasets.Leverage Azure Databricks for advanced data analytics and machine learning tasks.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of geospatial applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial data and applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial development.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Have 7 to 9 years of experience in geospatial development with a strong focus on Java.Demonstrate proficiency in Control-M Batch Operations for managing batch workflows.Show expertise in Scala, Python, and Spark for data processing and analytics.Have hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data analytics and machine learning.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Show a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.Demonstrate the ability to document technical specifications and project details.Be capable of providing technical support and guidance to team members.About Trident :
