Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau and Tableau Admin and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
- This role does not require travel. The Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau solutions to support business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Tableau servers and environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tableau-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Tableau solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Optimize Tableau performance and scalability to handle large datasets.
- Implement best practices for Tableau development and administration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on Tableau functionalities.
- Monitor and manage Tableau server performance, including resource allocation and usage.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate Tableau with other data sources.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies in Tableau solutions.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have 4 to 8 years of experience in Tableau development and administration.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Nice to have knowledge of other BI tools and data visualization techniques.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Have experience in a hybrid work model. - Show attention to detail and a focus on quality.
