Broad knowledge in appropriate field, usually obtained through extensive training and work experience. Typically possesses two or more years experience in the field performing analysis or five or more years experience performing related functions requiring specialized training and education.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
This resource will provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis required to address onboarding and provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel. Ensure adherence to compliance and access governance requirements.
Required Skills / Attributes
Strong Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with complex analysis with large data sets. Previous onboarding and provisioning experience. Strong customer / client focus including user experience.
