JD:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the digital platform management domain - Oversee the development and configuration of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business requirements - Provide guidance and support to the team on TWDigitalSalesforceDev and TWDigitalSalesforceConfigAdmin tasks - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget - Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes - Utilize TWDigitalPlatformMgmt skills to optimize platform performance and user experience - Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering high-quality digital solutions that positively impact society
