- Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of agreements.
- Process loans efficiently, utilizing accounting software and adhering to TILA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in loan processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in loan processing or a related field within financial services.
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and banking procedures is preferred.
- Strong skills in credit analysis and basic math for accurate calculations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ability to perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
