Trident Industries manufactures and fabricates composite utility poles. We are seeking a supervisor to work and manage daily operations in the shop including shipping/receiving and fabrication of utility poles.

- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE
- (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T KNOW EXCEL, WORD, OR OUTLOOK. THERE WILL BE A DETAILED TEST THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE)
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SOFTWARE
- Supervise for staff of 4-8 employees in the assembly process
- Assist staff in fabricating poles using power tools
- Review and Print fabrication specs for the assembly process
- Read and follow drawings for the layout, fabrication, and assembly of poles
- Ensure safety and quality control guidelines are followed
- Coordinate transportation and delivery with staff, customers, and our 3rd party shipper
- Package and ship accessories orders
- Maintain fabrication records and enter data into database
- Organize and manage the inventory of poles, accessories, and shop supplies in the yard
- Maintain company machinery and equipment and keep appropriate records
- Maintain office and shop supply inventories and order/request as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Experience operating power tools in the assembly process
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- HS Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
