Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director of Medical Staff Services is responsible for directing functions related to the Medical Staff organization and the Medical Staff Services Department. The Director will work with medical staff leadership and administration in planning, developing and maintaining the support structure necessary for the Medical Staff to carry out duties and responsibilities pursuant to the Medical Staff Bylaws, regulatory requirements and hospital policy. Trident Health management and Medical Staff members rely upon this individual’s comprehensive expertise and knowledge in Medical Staff-related issues

- CPMSM certified by the National Association of Med Staff Service (NAMSS)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 Years of credentialing experience, in a management or supervisory role, in a hospital setting required
