What you will do in this role includes :

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expenses in the healthcare facility.
  • Identify margin improvements focused on high-cost departments.
  • Analyze supply expense variances and prepare action plans to maintain budget health.
  • Facilitate value analysis meetings with a focus on clinical effectiveness and cost savings.
  • Utilize committees to assess clinical products for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership, physicians, and supply chain teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • What qualifications you will need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of leadership experience in value analysis or clinical resource management.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CMRP or CVAHP are advantageous.
