Job Summary And Qualifications
As the Lead Therapist, you will plan and execute patient treatment programs. You will coordinate with the team, patient and family to develop a goal directed program. You will maintain accurate records of services, follow departmental procedures, participate in providing patient specific care standards, and follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Job Summary And Qualifications
As the Lead Therapist, you will plan and execute patient treatment programs. You will coordinate with the team, patient and family to develop a goal directed program. You will maintain accurate records of services, follow departmental procedures, participate in providing patient specific care standards, and follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- You will plan and coordinate treatment programs and discharge plans
- You will develop and execute patient treatment plan safely and effectively
- You will maintain standards for treatment procedures and professional ethics
- You will direct student treatments according to departmental policies and formally evaluate student performance during the affiliation
- You will execute treatments and adjust treatment times based on diagnosis and patient need
- You will modify therapeutic interventions as patient abilities and skills change in order to meet goals
- You will respond to acute changes in patient status and modify treatment techniques as indicated
- You will provide and document adequate treatment information for care of patient
- You will perform patient evaluation upon receipt of physician orders
- You will complete daily charges and treatment records
- You will initiate incident reports and reviews with the supervisor
- You will take initiative to train techs in various therapy techniques
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Licensed OT, PT or SLP in the state of South Carolina
- Previous inpatient rehab therapy experience
