Director of Medical Policy Services
Trident Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Director of Medical Policy Services to join our team and play a key role in preventing healthcare-associated infections and promoting high-quality patient care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent healthcare-associated infections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance infection control standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical policy, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating positive patient interactions.
Certification in Infection Prevention is required, and a Bachelor's Degree in a Health-related field is also necessary. A Master's Degree in a Health-related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical policy is required, and we prefer candidates with experience in a hospital setting.
