Job Description

• The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in the post surgical unit.
• As a leader on the nursing team, the CNC collaborates with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care.
• Key responsibilities include assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in quality assessment, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• The CNC also provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, as well as implementing courses of action to ensure a competitive organization.

Requirements

A minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting is required for this position.
