Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary
Trident Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Representative to expand our telehealth, hospice, and home health services. This role involves prospecting, networking, and building relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and patients to increase referrals and secure new clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, skilled in sales, and capable of driving growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote Trident Medical’s telehealth, hospice, and home health services.
- Generate and manage leads for new patient referrals and contracted healthcare partners.
- Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and virtual meetings to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with case managers, discharge planners, and social workers to facilitate smooth patient transitions into our care.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving service adoption and patient enrollments.
Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of Trident Medical’s services.
- Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and professional networking events to generate leads.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, digital campaigns, and presentations to healthcare partners.
- Maintain a strong online and social media presence to attract potential clients.
- Work with internal teams to enhance brand messaging and outreach strategies.
Client & Relationship Management
- Provide education and training to healthcare providers and staff on the benefits of Trident Medical’s services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with referral sources and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Address client concerns and feedback to improve services and maintain strong relationships.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth service implementation.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track sales performance, outreach efforts, and customer engagement using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in hospice, home health, or telehealth.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within assigned territory.
