Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards/Pool Attendants. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. This is a rewarding position that requires strong swimming skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Perform CPR, First Aid, and other lifesaving techniques when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, concerns, or special requests
-Check in members and their guest at the front gate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
Experience:
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues in various water depths
- Previous lifeguard experiencepreferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
