Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions for heat exchangers, mixers, and pumps.
- Assist in designing and specifying equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training on equipment usage.
- Participate in customer site visits alongside Sales Engineers.
- Utilize Trident’s CRM system to track and follow up on open project quotes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in engineering, ideally in process equipment or industrial manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of heat exchanger and mixer design principles, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer; proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
