start up specialising in Attack Surface Management space.
Their innovative platform is used by Fortune 500 companies and other Large Enterprises
worldwide. We're looking for a motivated and experienced new business
hunter to support our customers growth into the US market.
The Role:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential clients that align with
the clients target market and ideal customer profile.
- Generate interest in the offerings and qualify leads for
handover to the sales team.
- Outreach and Engagement
- Develop personalised outreach messages that address customer
pain points and align with the clients value propositions.
- Maintain high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
connections to engage prospects.
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to
progress them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Qualification
- Use defined criteria to qualify leads, ensuring they meet
their ideal customer profile.
- Conduct discovery conversations to gather insights on lead
needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Prioritise and categorise leads based on engagement level and
readiness to buy.
- CRM and Data Management
- Accurately document all interactions and prospect information
in the CRM to maintain an organised and up-to-date pipeline.
The Person:
- At least 4 years experience in B2B / SaaS sales in the cybersecurity
industry in an SDR role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
- Skilled in active listening, allowing for more effective conversations
and discovery during outreach.
- Demonstrated resilience in managing outreach activities, handling
rejections, and following up with prospects.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise a high volume
of prospects and tasks effectively.
- Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement
tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Able to conduct research to identify relevant prospects and
understand their pain points and needs.
- Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and relevance based on
defined qualification criteria.
