Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and experience in various recruiting methods including campus recruitment and technical recruiting. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently.
Duties
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various platforms for talent acquisition, including social media management and job boards.
- Engage in cold calling to identify potential candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract recent graduates and interns.
- Leverage technical recruiting skills to identify candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Paychex.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates positively.
- Experience with cold calling and building relationships with potential hires.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies is a plus.
- Technical recruiting experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as ADP or Workday is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
