Job Description

Job Title : Mobile Radiologic Technologist

Job Specialty : Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Duration : To be discussed during the interview

Shift : Varied 8 hours Flexible - 5, 8's, 4, 10's, or 3, 12's all with weekend rotations

Guaranteed Hours : To be discussed during the interview

Experience : Minimum years of experience required will be discussed during the interview

License : Valid driver's license in good current standing and state licensure reimbursement after 90 days of employment

Certifications : Maintain required State licenses and / or ARRT Certification

Must-Have :

Vaccination against COVID-19 required, or exemption documentation must be submitted

Job Description :

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.

Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit or transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.

Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-ray images are obtained.

Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.

Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily based on protocol.

Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.

Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.

Adhere to safety and health requirements.
