What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at TridentCare2019?
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Management.
Facilitate processing of all client additions and changes in DDF Client Database.
Enters client specific information into DDF
Maintain all client contracts and supporting documentation
Submits all new contracts and billing change contracts to Sparks Corporate Billing Department.
Tracks and approves all new sales contracts and lost contract in the monthly gained/lost report using CRM
Helps compile bids for government owned facilities
Generates monthly sales reports and forecasts for the region
Administrative Support
Provides administrative support to Regional Sales Director
Coordinates training of all Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives
Coordinates trade show logistics.
Maintains inventory/distribution of all sales related materials
Maintains inventory/distribution of all sales manuals. Make any/all necessary changes and update manuals accordingly.
Prepares daily and monthly reports
Audits CRM request additional training for Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives as needed
Answers general billing questions and direct teammates to proper authorities as needed
Coordinates sales meetings
Collaborates with billing, the National Sales Team, and Trident Mobile Clinic Services Team as needed
