Position Summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for the Program Manager (PM) who will oversee the program management of all phases of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements for TRADOC G2. The PM will support the TRADOC G-2 to execute its mission as TRADOC's designated Lead for its Core Function #13, the Operational Environment (OE), and provide support and services to TRADOC for Identifying, defining, and predicting the variables of the OE; implementing the analysis and supplanting the traditional focus regarding leader development and training as well as doctrine development; and providing SMEs and consultants to execute TRADOC G-2 special projects and missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the central point of contact for all contract-related issues, ensuring comprehensive integration, management, and documentation.
- Provide complete program management support across all PWS phases.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Contractor team and the Government.
- Deliver regular updates on the Operational Environment (OE) and Core status to the Government in both verbal and written formats.
- Identify and resolve performance, cost, and schedule issues promptly.
- Responsible for coordination, Profit and Loss (P&L), delivery of services, quality control, and employee development.
- Enforce company policy and work standards, assign resources and staff, prepare and adhere to cost budgets, approve work schedules, review work, resolve discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the effort to subordinates.
