Position Summary
We are seeking experienced candidates who are excited about developing, executing, and maintaining the training for All-Source Intelligence Analysts (35F) in the U.S. Army. This is an exciting opportunity for successful applicants to apply their military experience to help the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence accomplish its mission of developing doctrinally founded Military Intelligence professionals.
What Youll Do
Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
- Instruct and train personnel from prepared course materials
- Develop requisite training materials, products, and documentation
- Assist in the process of curricula and Program of Instruction (POI) evolution
- Assist in keeping all aspects of course curricula current, relevant and effective according to modern tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)
- Attend a variety of working groups, IPRs, and other meetings when required
- Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of all products prior to submission
- Responsible for all assigned contract deliverables and assignments
- Reports directly to Trideums Expert Trainer and Trideums Project Manager
- Travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operations
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPoE), Military Symbology, targeting and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Demonstrated experience and ability to prepare and conduct briefings and produce analytical writing
- Possesses experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems
- Must have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, 350B, 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all-source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years
- Must have completed one applicable military course (i.e., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)
- Knowledge of Army training and training development and experience in developing Army training products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style
- Demonstrated experience maintaining timelines and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must posses a minimum of an Interim Top Secret Security Clearance and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college
- Instructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)
- Six years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)
