Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, scheduling services, and providing support to ensure every customer feels heard and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with scheduling plumbing services, providing quotes, and answering general inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our plumbing technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience.
