This is a completely remote position. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. You'll also be responsible for following up on leads, entering customer information into the system, and helping generate new business opportunities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and support marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and lead generation.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Follow up on leads and input them into the system to ensure proper tracking and follow-through.
- Accurately input customer information, lead details, and service requests into the system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and properly organized for follow-up and reporting.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Manage product information updates on the company website and ensure accuracy across all platforms.
- Utilize social media marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote products.
- Conduct SEO analysis to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Implement digital marketing tactics including email campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Monitor performance marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
