Senior Software Engineer, Constructors
Hybrid – NYC (on-site, Tuesday – Thursday)
About the Role :
As a Sr Software Engineer on the Data Products team, you will grow our data-mining capabilities to enable ever more powerful connections inside decision-maker networks. To achieve this goal, you will contribute ETL pipelines, APIs and algorithms within a service-oriented software architecture. You will join a hybrid-remote team of skilled and collaborative software engineers dedicated to the continuous delivery of business value.

You are an effective communicator with peers as well as non-technical stakeholders of all levels. What You Will Do :
- Collaborate closely with engineers, often through pair programming, to develop and review well-tested, scalable code across various domains, including full-stack development, infrastructure, and data engineering
- Mentor junior team members to enhance code quality and foster professional growth within the team
- Engage with the Product and UX to analyze user issues and devise effective solutions. Assist in defining project requirements and organizing workstreams
- Participate actively in architectural discussions, contributing insights to guide technical design decisions
- Maintain expertise in industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge development practices
Experiences and Capabilities You Bring :
This is a hybrid role. Work from anywhere on Monday and Friday and in our New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation : Our compensation package consists of three components : (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) generous equity compensation. The base salary range for this role is between $160,000-200,000, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. The salary range provided is exclusive of discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area
