Construction Foreman/ Lead Craftsman

I’m looking for an experienced lead Craftsman or Construction Foreman for my home improvement company that aims to provide excellent service. Your mission is to be a trusted asset that makes this work stress-free.

I'm an Army Vet Captain Engineer Officer, who is upfront, standard-driven, and who cares about your development. You can make a great living in the trades, and I'll be happy when you feel confident enough to go out on your own.

Experience:

Pay: Progression is up to you

• Hourly, W-2, bi-weekly
• Lead Craftsman $25/hr: can lead all tasks with no supervision
• Construction Foreman $30/hr: leads a crew and project

Schedule: Flexible. Work is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Uncommonly, work may be outside of these time-frames.
