Chief Estimator

Trifecta Services Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Estimator to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America.

As Chief Estimator at Trifecta Services Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by overseeing all aspects of the estimating process for demolition and environmental remediation projects. You not only take the lead on our largest pricing opportunities but will also be the programmatic leader of our existing team of estimators, on software selection, proprietary demolition bidding techniques and in the standardization of bidding practices across multiple markets and multiple branch profit centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the demolition and environmental remediation industry, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Although this position will take lead on large opportunities preparing accurate and competitive bids for demolition and environmental remediation projects, as lead estimator you will establish Trifecta?s companywide bid process for the following:

• Review of project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive bid packages.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for estimating purposes.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project expenses.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Present estimates to management and clients, providing clear explanations and justifications for pricing.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Stay informed and seek out industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting estimating practices.
