This non-exempt internship pays an hourly rate of $28.00 and is full-time (40 hours per week). Interns are expected to work during our standard business hours, which are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns are typically required to work onsite at our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the option for remote work on other days based on departmental needs.

- Lead a product management research or process improvement initiative focused on enhancing one of our customer-facing or internal digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics—to define product requirements and track progress across the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user feedback analysis, data analysis, synthesis and competitive research to understand customer needs to inform product solution approach strategy and prioritization.
- Support product managers in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and assist in tracking KPIs and performance metrics post-launch.
- Help manage stakeholder communications, including preparing decks, reports, and status updates for leadership or partners.
- Practical experience in product management within healthcare and SaaS-based product environments.
- Exposure to agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and sprint planning processes.
- Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Click Up, Miro, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Hands-on involvement in user research, market analysis, and product development decision-making.
- Building meaningful connections with colleagues, mentors, and other professionals.
- Engaging in workshops, training sessions, and other learning initiatives to support career development.
- Applying academic knowledge to address real-world workplace challenges and deliver results.
- Currently pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in product development, user experience, and digital innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or product tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Comfortable working with data—experience in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau or light data analysis tools is a plus.
- Displays a high level of accountability by effectively managing tasks independently, meeting goals, and delivering high-quality work while staying dedicated to team objectives.
- Ability to collect relevant information, assess data, and make thoughtful contributions to projects or problem-solving activities.
