The Salesforce Developer will leverage their knowledge and expertise of the Salesforce.com cloud to administer, support and build business process automation tools to serve TriForza’s mission. Due to the small nature of the team, you must be comfortable in occasionally assisting with Salesforce administrative tasks. You will also be relied upon to provide guidance to our systems analyst for requirements gathering and platform administration.

The pay range for this position for Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 – $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $81,408.00 - $115,850.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Identify ways to optimize the value of the Salesforce.com platform 
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and support applications and processes operating on, or interfacing with, the Salesforce.com platform and associated tooling.
  • Apply common best practices for developing code and integrating tools that are reliable, performant, and secure! 
  • Build and manage development plans and delivery schedules. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, functional expectations, test code/changes, and build design/operational documentation. 
  • Provide day-to-day support of the CRM application to all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to represent team manager in meetings. 
  • Performs peer design and code reviews. 

              Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

              • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.  
              • 5 years professional experience administering and configuring Salesforce.com. 
              • Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, etc.) and custom objects.
              • Experience with application development and integration. 
              • Knowledge of: APEX programming, VisualForce pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Data Loader, AppExchange, Web Services, Components, Custom Objects, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, etc. 
              • A fast learner with excellent task management skills who is confident, responsible, and likes new challenges. 
              • Highly organized, flexible in a changing environment, deadline driven and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. 
              • Experienced in handling data migration and code deployment using data loader in SFDC environments. 
              • Knowledge of testing tools and techniques to write scripts and set up test environments for development and integration environments. 
              • Able to function effectively within a creative, somewhat chaotic, fun and hard-working environment.
