Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for supporting senior leadership in a dynamic healthcare technology environment? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to partner with the President of TriForza in driving success through seamless logistics, time management, and strategic administrative support. In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders and EAs across the organization, gaining deep insight into key business processes such as budgeting, strategic planning, and performance evaluations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that teams stay on track, meet goals, and deliver exceptional results.

As an Executive Assistant (EA), you partner with the President of TriForza and leadership team to understand their goals, challenges, priorities, and demands for their time and attention. You enjoy being part of a team as you'll collaborate with other EAs across the enterprise of Washington Dental Service companies, work closely with members of the TriForza leadership team, and build a strong partnership with leadership. The pay range for this position varies between $71,100.00 – $99,450.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Support for Executives

  • Develop a trusted, and intuitive partnership with the President of TriForza and their leadership team, building strong relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
  • Strategically manages President’s time, including proactively arranging meetings and logistics around current priorities, planning preparation time around deadlines, and ensuring the right partners are included
  • Owns end-to-end support for certain Board, Committee and/or stakeholder advisory groups, including scheduling and meeting logistics, preparing materials and taking minutes, maintaining files, etc.
  • Develop and manage an annual rhythm of the business schedule with critical milestones and interdependencies for top level organizational processes to ensure the leadership team is aware of, and on-track to meet, expected outcomes
  • Prepares content for documents, presentations, and correspondence, including research, analysis, editing and proofreading
  • Coordinates projects and events, creating and improving processes where needed, and ensuring follow-through and resolution of open action items
  • Delivers high-level administrative support, including time/expense reporting, travel coordination, file management, and more
  • Provide basic support (e.g. calendar, travel, expenses) to one or more of the President’s direct reports
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Executive Office to improve the Executive Assistant role, processes, and methods

Support for Board

  • Schedules and manages meetings of the Board of Directors of 8West Consulting
  • Organizes, assembles and distributes correspondence including meeting notices and calendar invitations, agendas and meeting materials
  • Acts as recording secretary, taking notes and preparing minutes

Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

  • Comfortable using standard tools (MS Office, Zoom, DocuSign) and excited about exploring and using emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
  • Professional and practical with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-driven, able to develop plans and comprehension of topics to achieve desired outcomes
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential and critical matters. You may be exposed to critical information, from cybersecurity to personnel matters, and will be trusted to manage access.
  • Strong attention to detail. Small details matter in helping Executives deliver messaging and building relationships.
  • Embrace open and honest conversation, able to receive and give feedback with positive intentions
  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience supporting senior executives.
  • Experience supporting a Board of Directors/Trustees or Board Committee
  • Experience managing, coordinating, and/or orchestrating sophisticated activities (e.g., project management)
  • Expert proficiency with MS PowerPoint, including designing, building and editing executive presentations; graphic design skills are desirable
  • Understands financials, operational plans, and corporate strategy
