The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $125,510.00 – $181,745.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $103,950.00 - $150,525.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Lead all aspects of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, price modeling, cost accounting and financial reporting for Triforza in partnership with the Enterprise finance team
- Partners with business unit leaders to develop budgets and forecasts and ensure financial plans align with the overall strategic goals of the organization
- Provides insights and analysis to support strategic and business development activities, including assessing the financial viability of proposed projects, programs, or investments
- Work with product leaders to analyze product operating costs, cost drivers, and how to optimize cost structures
- Adjust product pricing based on competitive analysis and cost structure
- Own the cost/benefit analysis and product pricing build-up for prospective client opportunities
- Create standard reporting for key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess the performance of products and the business
- Work with business unit leaders to manage key performance indicators and business unit financials
- Find opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial performance
- Partner with the Enterprise finance team to establish and improve core financial operating model
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working collaboratively with department heads
- Lead all aspects of business operations, including oversight of Triforza's role and responsibilities in Enterprise-wide processes and activities for Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance
- Coordinate the client contracting process, with support from legal and leadership, including initiation, renewals, and adherence to existing provisions
- Identify and implement improvements in execution to advance operational efficiency and scalability
- Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for risk management and contingency planning
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of dynamic experience in financial management and business operations, preferably in a technology or service delivery organization
- Experience with sophisticated financial modeling and strategic business planning
- Forward-thinking mentality and continuous improvement approach
- Professional certifications are helpful (e.g., Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification)
