Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to derive insights and support decision-making related to FDA compliance and product development.
- Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to interpret data trends and patterns.
- Prepare and present data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and clinical research, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and FDA regulations that impact data analysis practices.
- Assist in the development of data management processes and strategies to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis or data science, specifically in FDA-regulated environments.
- Proven experience working with FDA compliance data and regulations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
