Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions to business problems; define, analyze, and document requirements.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements; develop and implement quality control methodologies; ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures; define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings. Analyze requirements to develop analytical tools and databases. .
- Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners.
- Gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies.
- Review processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Identify, create and facilitate process design and process design changes with focus on quality improvement, data management, etc.
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, minimum three (3) years of business/systems analysis or Quality assurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
