Job Description:
This role requires a skilled individual with significant experience in procurement systems, database management, and custom software development to support PEO SOFSA operations efficiently. The contractor will serve as the administrator for the government contract writing system, providing system administration support, troubleshooting, coding, testing, and project management. The contractor will manage SPS issues, coordinate updates with Higher Headquarters, and assist with the Task Order Tracking System. Responsibilities also include developing management reports and providing technical support across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- SPS Administration: Manage SPS configuration, backups, user account maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Ensure daily system data is pushed to EDA and collaborate with EMD on server issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from multiple systems; generate reports for management and contracting officers. Support the development of key metrics and reports.
- System Support: Provide help desk support, run SPS reports, and support SharePoint portal maintenance.
- Programming Support: Develop, test, and implement software changes, write scripts for data extraction, and assist with custom applications integration.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice on system operations, database design, and network communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification: DoD 8570.01M Certification
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience administering PD2 and providing support for custom software solutions.
- Skills: Expertise in SharePoint, MS SQL Server, software development, front-end web development, and scripting for report generation.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of USSOCOM/PEO SOFSA business processes and IT solutions for business process automation.
- Performance Level: Equivalent to mid-range NH-III or professional level.
Notes:
· Secret Security Clearance (interim required at start, final clearance within 90 days)
· Period of Performance: 1-year contract with potential for extension.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,068.00 per year
