Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist located in Hopkinsville, KY. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for administering respiratory care treatments and therapies. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating patient needs, conducting cardiopulmonary assessments, and providing respiratory care to patients, including medsurg and the Emergency Room. You will also be responsible for outpatient testing; such as EKGS, PFTs, and holter monitors
Qualifications
- Experience in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in state of Kentucky
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
