Job Overview:
TRIGGER(HOUSE is looking for a passionate Tour Manager to play a vital role in launching an inaugural mobile tour for our newest client. The Tour Manager will be responsible for the transport, activation and care of the client’s 53’ double-wide experiential trailer and interactive footprint that will attend schools, fairs, and other lifestyle events throughout the state of New York as well as other regional stops from approximately mid-March through October.
While training will be provided, preference will be given to applicants with dairy farming backgrounds and/or knowledge of the dairy industry.
Job Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of program logistics and on-site execution including load-in, set-up, event activation, event volunteers, strike, and load-out, while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the event footprint.
- Oversee proper operation and maintenance of all vehicle and tour assets to ensure successful activations as well as financially responsible upkeep.
- Transport tour assets to all stops on the schedule in a safe and timely manner while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Gain a deep understanding of activation footprint and technology to handle equipment troubleshooting or repairs in a timely manner.
- Ability to speak intelligently about the brand and program with consumers and guests (training will be provided).
- Create buzz about the client's business; raise brand awareness while following company and client brand guidelines for social media posting.
- Interact with and support clients with ad-hoc tasks, including communication with venue management, changes to footprint layouts, inventory management, recommendations for preventative maintenance, and other proactive suggestions to enhance the experience.
- Submit administrative requests in a timely manner including, but not limited to, event recaps, status reports, expense reports, time tracking, etc.
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL license with Clean Driving Record Certified Med Card and specific DOT requirements to be added to CDL version
- Minimum 5 years of Class A CDL operation along with inner city delivery experience.
- Minimum 5 years of tour experience including managing experiential footprints and overseeing consumer activations.
- Agriculture background, with preference given for experience in, or knowledge of,the dairy industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to comprehend requests accurately and respond in a professional, timely, and productive manner.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Google Suite.
- Represent the Company and the client with a friendly, energetic, customer-service-oriented, and business-professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate a variety of commercial vehicles/heavy machinery.
- Willingness to participate in personal educational opportunities pertaining to the Dairy Industry and Dairy Farming practices outside of mandatory training and as the tour schedule allows.

- Processing and Distribution: Awareness of how milk and dairy products are processed, packaged, and distributed to consumers while maintaining freshness and nutritional integrity.
- Dairy Products: Knowledge of various dairy products and the nutritional benefits of various dairy products.
- Community Impact: Awareness of the positive contributions of dairy farming to local economies, food security, and community well-being.
- Agricultural Advocacy: A commitment to sharing the story of dairy farming in a way that builds trust and understanding between the agricultural community and the public.
