Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
- Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
- Setting up and supervising missions.
- Staffing of missions.
- Training and validating inspectors.
- Coordinating changes in missions.
- Isolating, tagging, and verifying nonconforming material.
- Conducting ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed.
- Performing visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
- Making independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
- Working as an inspector when required.
- Demonstrating commitment to reducing the risk of workplace accidents.
Requirements:
- 1 years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- 1 year in a Quality-related position preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook.
- Proficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices.
- Able to lift/move 50 lbs.
