Location: Athens, AL
Type of Employment: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.
Team Leadership: Supervising and managing IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Managing the IT budget, procuring necessary hardware and software, and allocating resources effectively.
Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Building and deploying various applications and platforms to include:
Microsoft tech stack including Copilot, Fabric, and Azure.
Microsoft Dynamics: Oversee the implementation, configuration, create dashboards and visualizations, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems within the organization.
Power BI Solutions: Specialize in using the Microsoft Power BI platform to transform raw data into insightful and actionable reports and dashboards.
IT Operations and Support: Maintaining the smooth operation of IT systems and providing technical support to users.
Security and Risk Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats and maintaining compliance of existing Critical Factors policy.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with IT vendors and managing relationships.
Staying Current: Keeping current with the latest technology trends, advancements, and AI progression.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues that arise and providing solutions.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with stakeholders, managers, and employees to understand business needs and provide training and updates on system changes.
Work Schedule
In Person/Not remote, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration and customization. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
