Job Description

Trigyn's direct client has a contract to hire assignment for Data / Systems Analyst in Syracuse, NY or Charlotte, NC. This is a temp to hire position the consultant must be able to convert to our client as an employee.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tasks include data gathering and analysis; systems design and implementation; logical design; detailed design; ensuring data security in the design; and system evaluation, integration, vetting, modification, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Helps with technical testing, ensuring that the system and unit tests were performed and reviews the test results.
• Netezza script writing, and error handling.
• Provides technical support for existing Data Warehouse ETL processes.
• Assures quality of design and implementation of projects.
• Defining tables and procedures in Netezza and migrating tables from Oracle and DB2.
• Define data quality plans to address data quality issues; work with business partners to build business understanding of data issues.
