What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider position at TriHealth Integrative Health and Medicine?
TriHealth Fitness Pavilion in Montgomery, Approx 16.5 hours/week. Need availability: Tuesdays, Fridays AND Saturdays: 8:45 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Also prefer available occasional evening shift 4:00p-7:45 p.m. Monthly team meeting 1-1.5 hours. Must be flexible. Must have paid childcare or similar work experience. Babysitting experience does not meet this requirement.
This position is responsible for the supervision of children of various ages and needs while they are in the Kids’ Life Center, which includes playing games in the activity room and junior gym, reading stories, leading arts and crafts activities, monitoring the viewing of appropriate TV programs and videos, and assisting children with bathroom activities. This position is expected to maintain a clean, safe environment for children and provide appropriate member service and interaction. This position is also expected to follow through with KLC daily operations, policies and procedures including registering all children as they enter/exit the KLC, monitoring the health of the children and adjusting activities accordingly, following proper opening/closing procedures, following emergency procedures including basic first aid and incident reports, and assisting with equipment/supply inventory and purchase recommendations.
Job Requirements: 2 Years High School Education, Age 16-17 with work permit; High School Degree Preferred; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Strong oral communication skills, Customer service oriented, 1-2 years experience in a related field

Pay: $15.30 - $17.00 per hour
