Under the direction of the department manager / director, this position has responsibility to supervise daily operations of the department or area. This accountability encompasses : operations or patient care outcomes as applicable, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Nursing
