Contract Professional for Managed Care

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Health Policy, Law, Public Health, or Business Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Managed Care Contracting - Payor and/or Provider. They should be proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point and familiar with data technology. A strong understanding of the Managed Care environment, including delegated arrangements, Payor Networks (PPO, HMO, IPA, POS), and value-based contracting, is essential.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously and be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
