Job Overview:

This position is responsible for answering the TriHealth switchboard in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Operators will provide information to the general public, hospital departments, clergy, and the media. Proficiency in processes is critical.

Location: Norwood, OH

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to operate a switchboard-PBX
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a related field
