Trileaf Corporation is a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering & architectural design. Trileaf serves the wireless communications, real estate, financial and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and 19 branch offices throughout the U.S.
We are currently looking to add a dynamic Accounts Receivable Candidate with experience in BUSINESS TO BUSINESS Receivables to our growing business.
Job Duties
- Assists in generating weekly invoicing.
- Submit customer invoices through various customer portals (Ariba, COUPA, iSupplier).
- Working in customer portals to review missing, declined and set to pay invoices and credits.
- Superior research and follow-up skills are important, especially when dealing with high volume customers.
- Request and send reprints of invoices, statements, and vouchers to accounts as needed.
- Review aging report on a weekly basis to ensure delinquent invoices have been addressed.
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.
- Keeps accurate and detailed records regarding collection activities.
- Escalates issues appropriately and offers recommendations and solutions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies and processes.
- Produce and provide notes for management reporting and perform follow up actions and resolutions.
- Attend collection meetings; provide account status and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education – Associates degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years’ experience in accounts receivable
- Intermediate Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Team contributor who successfully manages their day-to-day work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Always considering new and creative ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and team members.
