Job Summary :
Trileaf is seeking a FULL TIME, Senior Project Scientist with at least 3-5 years of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work on commercial real estate projects, to include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs).
- Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site as needed
- Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone
- Performing regulatory agency file reviews
- Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs)
- Prepare and Review of Phase 1 and !! Environmental Site Assessment Reports
- Perform QA / QC of field notes
- Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and / or indoor air
- Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards
