Banquet Houseman

Completing a variety of banquet functions, such as setting up tables, serving food items, maintaining the banquet hall clean and organized, ensuring customer satisfaction, transporting tables and equipment, assisting servers, and answering to inquiries from banquet patrons.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of any banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.
Routinely inventorying and caring for banquet supplies such as linens, chairs, china, glassware, flatware and decorations.
Setting up and breaking down banquet rooms for events, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the banquet rooms and event spaces.
Transporting event equipment and supplies as needed.
The Houseman also provides support to the housekeeping, maintenance, and banquet staff, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
