Job Description:

Trillion Health is seeking a Clinical Site Manager that is able to produce strategic solutions to complex problems in a timely manner, and effectively coordinate all functions and activities related to the operations of a moderately sized practice. Manages, supervises, and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of the practice. This role will be required to support many operations of the clinic such as front desk, clinical operations such as injections and taking vitals, as well as patient financial services. This is a mid-level practice management position with a moderate level of complexity. This role will develop and retain a competent management team structure; create a patient-focused, high performance, high commitment work team which supports the mission and vision of the company. The manager will ensure that the group maintains proper operational and financial controls and has people and systems in place to achieve operational efficiency, financial strength, reduction of risk, and regulatory compliance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day operations of clinic.
  • Able to organize and perform multiple tasks, problem-solve and prioritize work assignments.
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship and customer service skills required to effectively communicate with staff, patients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Ability to mentor, supervise, delegate, and evaluate.
  • Direct patient interaction and education.
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and processes.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for positive interaction with staff.
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend various written reports and documents.
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, materials, and equipment of physical therapy.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Requires the ability to provide transportation to other campus, and/or work-related locations within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Must be able to travel to multiple locations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory/managerial experience in clinic/health care environment required.
  • Action oriented - takes initiative.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of Genuine, Caring, and Friendly.
  • Through genuine and positive communication, makes each patient feel informed, understood, and important.

  • Excellent ability to communicate, follow up, and keep organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of email composition and communication.
  • Knowledge of computer software, and the ability to learn billing software, and electronic medical records required.
  • “Can-do” attitude, enthusiastic to lend a hand and support other team members.
  • Able to travel to multiple locations
  • Nursing background preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $66,560.00 per year
